About Khloe Hamlin

Khloe Hamlin joined the Cambridge Source Office Assistant program in 2024 through Cambridge Investment Research, Inc., the independent broker-dealer partner of The DFS Financial Group™. Through this partnership, Khloe works remotely as part of a dedicated virtual support team, allowing The DFS Financial Group's advisors to spend more time focusing on client relationships while she manages key administrative and operational responsibilities.

Currently residing on a cattle farm outside of Fairfield, Iowa, Khloe supports financial professionals by delivering reliable, behind-the-scenes assistance across a wide range of client service and planning functions.

Khloe specializes in assisting our financial professionals with account management, reporting and planning, client communication, and ongoing client management. Her strong attention to detail and commitment to service help ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both advisors and clients of The DFS Financial Group™.

Her responsibilities include:

Scheduling client meetings and ensuring effective communication between clients and advisors
Assisting clients with new account openings, account maintenance, and transfers
Managing client inquiries and providing timely, accurate responses
Coordinating and preparing necessary paperwork for retirement and investment plans
Supporting clients with financial planning software and tools, including The DFS Financial Group’s planning portal
Assisting with portfolio management, monitoring, and tracking client investments
Ensuring regulatory compliance by maintaining accurate records and staying current with industry regulations
Assisting in the preparation of performance reports and investment reviews
Maintaining organized and updated client files and documentation
Providing support for business development efforts, including client outreach and marketing initiatives

Outside of work, Khloe enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with her family.

Licenses

Khloe is currently studying for her Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam.
